A: We cook Balli Baklava under Cottage Food Law and we have Health permit from Riverside Health Department. Our kitchen is inspected, always immaculately clean, pest free, insect free and guest free to ensure the highest safety rules

Q: What are the ingredients in Baklava?
A: The basic ingredients are filo dough, water, sugar, walnut and butter. Butter substitutes with Vegan butter in Vegan Baklava and substitutes with Soy Free butter in Soy Free Baklava. And also we use Organic ingredients for Organic baklava
Q: How and where should I store my Balli Baklava?
A: You should store your baklava in an air tight container in a location that is cool and dry and store it away from direct sunlight.
Q: What is Balli Baklava’s shelf life?
A: Your Balli Baklava will last approximately 14 days in a cool and dry storage area. You can double your baklava’s shelf life to approximately one month when refrigerated. If you freeze your baklava in an airtight container, you can extend the shelf life of your baklava to approximately three months.
If you do Refrigerate or Freeze your baklava, we suggest that you let your baklava thaw to room temperature before serving.
If you leave your baklava out, it will last at least one week so long as it’s in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.
Q: Is it okay to microwave my Balli Baklava?
A: Yes! But we suggest you do not microwave your baklava longer than ten to fifteen (10-15) seconds. Microwaving your baklava too long may dry it out.
Q: What can I serve my Balli Baklava with?
A: You can serve your gourmet baklava by itself, or any of the following ways:
-With a Scoop of Ice Cream or whipped cream.
-With any kind of fruit; grapes, apples, berries; strawberries, black berries or blueberries.
-With Coffee, Tea, Milk, Hot Chocolate, or even a glass of your favorite wine.
